On February 11, 2025, you will receive new credentials for your upgraded portal. Follow the instructions to access your funds. If you have a prepaid card, your existing card will be cancelled by DCBank your receipt of credentials to the new portal but you will have immediate access to your new virtual card and existing balance. If you currently receive automated direct deposit or Interac e-Transfer, you will now benefit from access to the banking portal and ability to direct your funds self-service or use your new virtual card.
